Why buy honeycomb from a Malaysian manufacturer
Honeycomb board is bulky to ship empty. Importing finished sheets or pallets means paying freight on air, waiting on a container, and living with whatever specification the overseas mill happens to run. A local plant changes the economics: pricing in ringgit, lead times in days rather than weeks, and the ability to change a cell size or a footprint between one order and the next.
It also matters for the paperwork you are trying to avoid. Because our product is manufactured from processed kraft paper, every sheet, crate and pallet is exempt from ISPM-15 in every destination market. That is a property of the material, not a certificate we hold — so there is nothing to renew, stamp or present at the border.

A typical first order — illustrative
Take an electronics exporter in Shah Alam shipping 40 pallets a month to Europe on wooden pallets, each one needing a heat-treatment stamp and a week's notice at the treatment yard. They send us the pallet footprint, the load weight and the stacking height.

Do you export honeycomb packaging from Malaysia?
Yes. The Balakong plant is about 40 minutes from Port Klang and under an hour from KLIA. Because paper honeycomb is ISPM-15 exempt, shipments clear customs in any destination country without phytosanitary paperwork.
